What does exterior cleaning include?

Exterior cleaning covers all aspects of your home's exterior. Drives & patios, gutters, windows, and roofs. Each service is a standalone service, and therefore priced differently.

Drives and patios are typically pressure washed or soft washed depending on the surface material. 
Gutters are vacuumed and rinsed, while the soffits and fascias are washed with our pure water system. 
Windows and frames also use our pure water system to leave a streak free finish. 
Roofs are soft washed using chemicals, then rinsed. Finally, we apply a biocide to keep moss from growing for longer.

Exterior cleaning is charged by the area, therefore we carry out a site survey and provide you with a bespoke quote specific to your home.

Question 2

Will pressure washing my driveway get rid of weeds forever?

Accepted Answer

No. As powerful and thorough as our cleans are, we cannot compete with nature. The clean will remove weeds, moss, and algae, and our treatments will prevent them from coming back anytime soon, but they will return eventually. Seeds will fall into the joints between paving blocks and slabs, moisture will develop in those spaces, and nature will do its thing.

Do you re-sand after pressure washing block paving?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Re-sanding is a key stage in the cleaning block paving process, and must be carried out when the paving has had time to dry. Often, we'll pop back the day after the clean to re-sand.

We use kiln dried sand so the fine particles fill the spaces between blocks extremely well when dry, reducing opportunities for seeds to develop.

Re-sanding is included in the price, so you will not be hit with an additional bill.

How often should I have my drive and patio cleaned?

Driveways and patios can be cleaned when the need arises. Typically, this is dictated by the level of sunshine the area receives. Moss and algae develop in shaded areas so would need more regular cleaning than areas in full sunshine.

Yes, window cleaning is a key part of home maintenance. Feel free to get in touch and we'll provide a no obligation quote.

We have several monthly routes covering various areas across Lincolnshire. If you choose to go ahead, we'll add you to your local route for monthly cleans.

How do I pay for your service?

Accepted Answer

We are flexible with payments. Our team can accept card payments or cash on the day, or you can pay by bank transfer. Failing that, you can always pay using the secure link included on the invoice you will receive by email.
